PLEASE NOTE: When asked to declare the contents of the package for shipping insurance, describe your supercharger as a compressor. This will keep unnecessary attention by the unscrupulous to a minimum. Ideally, this will help keep your supercharger from disappearing in transit. You can never be too careful. Please review our Shipping Policies for more specific information.
We prefer the United States Postal Service because we have a first name basis contact. This is not much but might help if there is a claim. We send things Priority Registered with the Article Value set at whatever replacement value is, along with a Delivery Confirmation so we can track the package online at:

United Parcel Service and Federal Express are NOT preferred due to our many negative past experiences. There can be unexpected delays result from using any of the carriers. We can not be responsible for extended turn around times due to delivery complications. Requiring a signature will also create delays that we can not control or prevent. Insurance requires a signature for delivery. Sending something USPS Registered is, as far as we know, the most secure way to ship. However, it can add extra time, unexpectedly, to the shipment. Please do not plan anything based on what a shipping courier promises you, especially the due to be delivered date. This will lead to disappointment and frustration.
Eaton Superchargers, Roots type Superchargers
M112, M90, M62, M45
For any of the Eaton Rebuild Services, when no core is provided, there will be a core charge included in the price. The core charges can vary by supercharger model and are based on average current market value on e-Bay. Refer to the appropriate model’s Price List in this catalog for exact cost. This core charge applies to the Snout Rebuild Services because the Snout and Rotor Pack are what makes up the Supercharger. A Snout provided by itself must be the one to be rebuilt. Shipping cost to send in the core and for return of the re-manufactured supercharger are the customer’s responsibility. The S&H cost will be calculated and added onto the overall cost of the services. If a core is provided by the customer after paying this charge, all or most of the core charge will be refunded upon inspection of the core. A used core must be provided clean and in good working condition that can be rebuilt. We will not accept a core that has been painted unless it has been stripped down to the base metal. We will provide exact causes for any deductions in core refund. An example of what would be a deductible condition would be rotor damage from a bolt or galled and scarred case from excessive bearing failure and neglect. Call for more details if you have a core that you have questions about. Shipping insurance is optional when the customer ships the core but, highly recommended because the supercharger can be damaged in transit. We can not be responsible for uninsured or poorly packaged superchargers. Please pack carefully.
Kenne Bell Superchargers or Whipple Superchargers, Screw type Superchargers
A Kenne Bell or Whipple Supercharger core must be provided for any of the ESM Rebuild Services. The rebuild service prices do not include a core charge and no core will be provided by ESM. Shipping cost to send in the core and for return of the re-manufactured supercharger are the customer’s responsibility. The S&H cost will be calculated and added onto the overall cost of the services. A used core must be provided clean and in good working condition that can be rebuilt. We will not accept a core that has been painted unless it has been stripped down to the base metal. We will provide exact causes for any additional repair costs. Call for more details if you have a core that you have questions about. Centrifugal Superchargers
